Tyler Kelly is a Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and licensed by the state of Indiana.
Tyler’s has an ideal background to provide focused, compassionate, insightful, and exceptional care to End Stage Renal Disease patients. In his career he has worked in dialysis units, as an NP in a Nephrology practice, and in multiple capacities within a Vascular Access Center. As such, he is uniquely qualified to understand the field of Nephrology and the plight of the renal disease patient from multiple different vantage points. He has nearly 9 years of nursing practice dedicated to the management of ESRD patients in multiple facets including hemodialysis, CKD/pre-dialysis, and dialysis access management.
Tyler’s devoted career to nephrology care, renal disease patients, and dialysis access management led him to a position as the Clinical Coordinator at the same thriving Fresenius Vascular Care location that Dr. Mohindra was the Medical Director of. The natural evolution of their collaborative partnership was the genesis of US Access Care. Tyler Kelly relocated with Dr. Mohindra to the greater Indianapolis area to bring world class dialysis access care to all of Indiana’s ESRD patients. He is the center piece of the practice and works closely to coordinate care between with dialysis unit staff, patients, their families, their Nephrologists, and their Surgeons to provide an integrated, holistic, concierge level of care and service rendered no where else.
